Budget Costing

Each project requires special care and attention to Budget costing, our team will give a full detailed project breakdown along with your proposal. Leasing & Finance options are also available and can be discussed with our Sales team.

Space Planning

Your office space is very important, Our Team of designers will create an office environment to suit your needs with Ergonomics and Health & Safety in mind. There is also an option to speak with our architects to ensure your building is up to code.

Office Refurb has extensive ranges available in our Office Furniture portfolio. We work directly with manufacturers across Europe to source the highest quality furniture to suit your project. Our showroom is located 20 minutes from Dublin City Centre in Swords Co. Dublin. On display includes Height Adjustable Desks, ergonomic chairs, soft seating, commercial flooring, smarter surfaces walls and more!

Painting & Carpentry

These two services are coordinated and covered to put your mind at ease while we complete your project. All of our service providers are coordinated by our team so that we are able to get the most optimal amount of work completed on a timely schedule.

Electrical & Plumbing

Fully Qualified & Certified electrical & Data professionals with over 20 years of experience are on hand for all our projects with their dedicated project manager. Every office has a requirement for plumbing services such as new Commercial kitchens, Coffee machines, Water coolers and Toilets.

Audio Visual

Linking your IT equipment to present to your clients’ needs the hand of experts, our team can supply and install Audio Visual Boardroom suites bespoke to your needs.
