Does your Canteen or Cafe need an upgrade?

Our design and sales team recently completed a Cafe refurbishment for TUS Athlone college.

Here is our process:

  • Design 

The brief by our client was to design a new Cafe area to fit in with the existing kitchen cafe layout, also with our manufactures Vepa our design and sales team worked on layout proposals to suit the new Cafe.

  • Product Selection

The hardest part following the design is selection of the products to match the design specification. This includes the selection of durable materials, sustainable & recycled products. For this we have chosen Vepa along with Camira Fabric for the seating and Vepa for the tables.

  • Costing & Budgets

As S & S work directly with manufactures we buy directly off the factory floor. This enables our sales team to keep an eye on costs of products and materials for our clients budget.

  • Sign off 

Following the sign off of the design & costings of our proposal, we put together the completed package to our client for final sign off.

  • Lead times 

With any project Lead times are extremely important, especially with the re-opening of the college in September for a new term. During the process we are constantly working with the manufactures and client to ensure lead time are meet.

  • Delivery & Install

All materials are delivery direct to the S & S warehouse and transfer to our vehicles while we await the install dates agreed with our client. An install such as this can be completed with 1 days.
