HÅG provides a ten-year guarantee against production defects on all office chairs that are in normal use for up to
9 hours per day.

Tested in accordance to EN 1335 Class A, ANSI/BIFMA X5.1, GS mark and BS 5459-2, NPR 1813 (with 3D armrests) and Swedish Möbelfakta.

5-year guarantee for 24/7 usage:
HÅG provides a five-year guarantee on the HÅG Futu with textiles from our standard ollection for usage exceeding nine hours a day. The chair have been tested in accordance with British Standard BS 5459-2, which is often used to test intensive use (24-hour usage). See HÅG’s price list for detailed guarantee terms.
Fire safety information:
Vacuum clean the chair with a furniture brush or wipe it with a clean, white cloth or sponge slightly dampened with clean lukewarm water. Do not remove any plastic parts or attempt to open the seating mechanism. Contact your Flokk dealer if the chair requires servicing or maintenance.

CMHR foam (fire resistant foam) is available on request, but must be specified at time of order and adds approximately two to five weeks to delivery lead times. CHMR foam must be specified on chairs intended for domestic use.
