Space Planning & Design
S & S Office Interiors offers a comprehensive commercial interior design service that incorporates choice of colours and materials, furniture selection and the coordination of all office interior finishes - paint, wallpaper, partition materials, furniture fabrics as well as carpets and floor coverings.
Our showroom is stocked with samples and colour pallets can be prepared and finishes reviewed here. Laminate and melamine boards, timber veneer samples, carpets, paint colours, skirting, door hardware etc. It is a great place to piece the whole package together before the project begins.
The commercial interior design service includes the preparation of design sketches and concepts for your consideration. On approval of final drafts a CAD plan is provided. Final specifications, detailed pricing and time scheduling are provided.
Project Management
S & S Office Interiors has developed a unique process for delivering the efficient completion and operation of your new premises. When all the details and specifications are finalised the S & S team sets the detailed procedure in motion.
Partitioning & Fit out Services Demountable and Flexible Partitioning
Where a short term lease or flexibility of layout is a major concern, demountable partitioning systems can be a viable alternative. Based around a frame and tile based system ( similar to workstation partitioning ) this style of construction is easily modified, depreciable and available to take with you when you move on. It includes doors, glass, coloured panelling, accessory rails for shelving and hampers etc and leaves minimal damage to existing floors and ceilings when make good of a premises is required.
